About The Position

The position involves two roles: Lead Connector and Backup Connector, both of which are crucial for crane operations. The Lead Connector is responsible for operating as the primary signal person during crane operations, demonstrating expertise in rigging procedures and ensuring safety compliance while working at heights. The Lead Connector must possess all necessary connecting tools and lead a backup connector as a team player. The Backup Connector assists the Lead Connector, maintaining strong teamwork and following proper safety procedures while also working at heights and bringing all required connecting tools.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to job sites

  • Willingness to work overtime (50–60 hours/week)
