About The Position
LPR Apprentice Program After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid-for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program. Offering Per-diem and Travel Pay Medical & insurance benefits available 40-hour bonus payout and paid holidays after 1 year 80-hour bonus payout after 2 years 120-hour bonus payout after 5 years With projects throughout the US, we have a fully loaded backlog of work that can provide you continued employment. From Medical buildings, Scheel stores, Universal Studio addition, Fitness centers, and Netflix studios, among other projects. Be part of LPR's Team Under supervision, the ironworker helper is responsible for completing tasks related to structural iron and steel erection and completing the tasks in a timely, quality manner while maintaining safety and productivity.
Requirements
- Normal construction job site conditions to include loud noises, dust, potential unseen hazards, and heavy equipment operating within close range.
- May include exposure to heights at times in excess of 40 feet.
- May include confined spaces, being exposed to outdoor elements for long periods of time, and may work long hours.
