As an Ironclad Lead Architect (Principal Functional Architect), you will design and implement advanced contract management solutions using Ironclad and related lifecycle management platforms. With 14 to 18 years of experience, you'll bring expertise in Contract Authoring-Sale Buy, Contract Obligation Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management Software. In this role, you will: Lead the design and implementation of contract management solutions. Integrate Ironclad and Contract Authoring-Sale Buy systems with existing platforms. Provide guidance on Contract Obligation Management to ensure compliance and reduce risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle strategies with business goals. Analyze and improve contract processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Support finance and accounting teams with contract-related insights and reporting. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new tools and practices.
