At the Ideal Tridon Group, connections aren’t just what we make—they’re the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an Iron Worker on 3rd shift for our Garden Grove, CA Plant. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday Shift: 3rd 10:00pm - 6:30am Location Summary: Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting that may include dust and debris and can be loud at times and work with structural steel, reinforcing steel, ornamental iron, and other metal components needed to assemble and install buildings and structures. Our Garden Grove Plant is primarily making large strut assemblies supplied to the construction industry. Job Summary: As an Iron Worker, responsibilities include adhering to standard operating procedures and safety protocols while interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of structural components. The role involves cutting, shaping, and modifying metal parts using various hand and power tools such as shears or saws.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Welding knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
