About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Iron Workers for projects located in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Perform structural steel erection and ironwork installation Complete welding tasks as required (stick, MIG, or flux core depending on project needs) Install beams, columns, braces, and other structural components Bolt, align, and secure steel members using appropriate tools and equipment Assist with rigging, connecting, and placing structural steel Read and interpret basic blueprints and layout drawings Operate grinders, torches, impact wrenches, and other ironworker tools Follow all job site safety requirements and OSHA standards

- Ability to weld structural components and perform ironworker duties
- Experience with structural steel installation
