Pay: Pay will start at $20.85/hour and can be adjusted based on experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm with opportunity for overtime as business demands.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate hand tools such as pneumatic tooling
  • Possess a sound Mechanical Aptitude
  • Demonstrate consistency, accountability, reliability, and solid work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of oil and gas equipment

Responsibilities

  • At SPM Oil & Gas, our primary objective is to provide our customers with excellent engineering solutions through our products and superior customer service
  • Process incoming iron starts to finish.
  • Able to accept equipment from delivery, recertify equipment, load equipment for delivery, complete all associate paperwork, perform quality check, and manage inventory (without supervision)
  • Understand customer requirements throughout the entire refurbishment of flow control product to produce high quality product
  • Clean, strip and inspect all required flow control components
  • Prepare flow control products for Gauging, Ultra Sonic, and MPI inspections
  • Disassemble of flow control products per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Provides proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work area
  • Exhibit and always advocate exemplary safety culture
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
