IR Technologist (Full Time) - Torresdale
About The Position

Interventional Radiology Technologists are responsible for the following: ● Produce radiographs during specialized radiology diagnostic & therapeutic procedures. ● Work alongside physicians and nursing personnel to perform radiographic examinations. ● Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Interventional Radiology Technologists will be assigned to a team consisting of physicians, nursing personnel, and technologists in order to perform specialized radiographic examinations such as biopsies, catheter insertions, and more.
Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of formal x-ray technology training
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as an x-ray technologist
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an interventional radiographer
- ARRT certification required
Responsibilities
- Produce radiographs during specialized radiology diagnostic & therapeutic procedures.
- Work alongside physicians and nursing personnel to perform radiographic examinations.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
