Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Graduate of an approved School of Interventional Radiology preferred.
• Experience in Interventional Radiology preferred.
• A.R.R.T. registered.
• AHA BLS-HCP required.
• Good interpersonal and technical skills.
• Flexibility in assignments.
• Knowledge and prior use of computers.

Responsibilities

• Supports Carilion's hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities.
• Performs a variety of technical procedures as ordered by physician, requiring independent judgment and initiative in the utilization of complex equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic and acute diseases.
• Provides care and services to patients of all ages.
