About The Position

The IT Implementations Support Consultant at IQVIA is responsible for providing technical and end-user support for an Endoscopy medical device system. This role involves delivering operator training, assisting with on-site instrument implementation, and serving as a technical liaison to support sales efforts. The consultant will work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction with the medical devices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience utilizing IT systems and processes.
• Understanding of hospital IT practices and procedures strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Software & Cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently or in groups in person or remote.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite, Service Based Software, CRM, and EP Evaluator.
• An active driver's license and a personal vehicle for commuting to assignments within three hours of home are required.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Facilitate onsite customer training of new equipment.
• Effectively manage instrument implementation projects; assist customers in performing instrument verification studies, analyze verification study data, and prepare statistical reports.
• Complete required documentation according to policies and procedures.
• Work with internal resources and the customer to resolve technical issues, including escalating complaints to Technical Support.
• Ensure new instrument implementations are completed to meet timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate effective working relationships with external and internal customers.
