About The Position

The IPTV - DAS Project Manager at KIK Technologies, LLC is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and operation of IPTV and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) projects. This role involves managing all phases of project implementation, including planning, coordination, deployment, operation, and maintenance, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with a strong background in IPTV, DAS, or related telecommunication systems.
• Prior experience working with large venues or facilities requiring DAS solutions, such as government agencies, stadiums, hotels, or campuses.
• Must be able to pass a government background check and maintain clearance status.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL are a plus.
• Knowledge of DAS components, including antennas, repeaters, amplifiers, splitters, and cables.
• Familiarity with different types of DAS (e.g., passive DAS, active DAS, hybrid DAS) and their applications in various environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
• Certifications in video and multimedia technology are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for IPTV and DAS deployments, defining timelines, resource needs, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are accurately understood and met, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and solutions.
• Oversee vendor relations, including contract negotiation and performance management, to ensure efficient resource utilization and project success.
• Provide technical guidance in the planning and deployment of IPTV and DAS systems, working closely with engineers and technical teams.
• Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage issues to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial efficiency across all project activities.
• Ensure quality standards for IPTV and DAS systems are met through thorough testing and quality checks prior to project handover.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, project plans, and final project reviews.
