The Program Manager is responsible for the initiation, over-site, performance, and continual monitoring of programming for clients; as well as ensuring fiscal viability of ongoing programs and monitoring adherence to licensing, accreditation and/or contractual standards. The manager oversees the hiring, development and discipline of program staff, oversees the daily operations of the programs, carries a small caseload, and assists with the process of service planning and delivery. The Program Manager is also responsible for ensuring the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and other CCS Ancillary Services program components operate with fidelity (IPS, or other adopted models), including ensuring the quality and content of staff-consumer interactions.
