IPQC Technician
About The Position

What You’ll Do The In Process Quality Control (IPQC) Technician is responsible for day-to-day final quality control inspection in the production process and ensuring that production metrics are met. The IPQC Technician will focus on defect prevention of the final product.
Requirements
- High School diploma or higher
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- Attention to details with high focus on Quality and Process / Product Improvement
- Possess a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
- Requires the ability to bend, twist, pull, lift and stand for extended periods of time
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lb
Responsibilities
- Inspection Area Setup
- Tool/Equipment setup verification (torque spec, ESD control, etc.)
- SOP verification
- 6S actions, knowledge and procedures
- Monitor the Quality of Output
- Perform visual inspection of 100% of final products.
- Identify issues and corrective actions on a real-time basis
- Create a report for each final product inspected
- Perform Audits based on the request of leader
- Issue Resolution
- Escalate issues impacting the production process and communicate to:
- Lead Supervisor
- Necessary departments
