What You’ll Do The In Process Quality Control (IPQC) Technician is responsible for day-to-day final quality control inspection in the production process and ensuring that production metrics are met. The IPQC Technician will focus on defect prevention of the final product.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or higher
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
  • Attention to details with high focus on Quality and Process / Product Improvement
  • Possess a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
  • Requires the ability to bend, twist, pull, lift and stand for extended periods of time
  • Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lb

Responsibilities

  • Inspection Area Setup
  • Tool/Equipment setup verification (torque spec, ESD control, etc.)
  • SOP verification
  • 6S actions, knowledge and procedures
  • Monitor the Quality of Output
  • Perform visual inspection of 100% of final products.
  • Identify issues and corrective actions on a real-time basis
  • Create a report for each final product inspected
  • Perform Audits based on the request of leader
  • Issue Resolution
  • Escalate issues impacting the production process and communicate to:
  • Lead Supervisor
  • Necessary departments
