About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct s Process/Product audits throughout the factory and file Process audit checklists. Informs relevant departments about the problems, register IPQC audit results in the IPQC database. Responsible for ensuring that the employees in his/her area have an adequate level of understanding of their tasks. Completes all process documentation, reports, and ensures that staff in their area are trained to the appropriate level and are adequately equipped to perform the expected work. Responsible for ensuring that the staffing requirements in his/her area of responsibility are appropriately distributed to achieve the required performance in this area. Accountable for ensuring that the quality system in his/her area of responsibility meets the requirements of the company's quality system. Responsible for controlling non-conforming outputs. Oversees the collecting objective evidence of conformance. Responsible for ensuring that the quality system in his/her area of responsibility meets the requirements of the company's quality system. Responsible for the quality culture to ensure that the company's quality policy is implemented in the day-to-day running of the factory. Ensures customer satisfaction, whether internal or external, and act to provide the best quality products, services and communications to those customers. Responsible for ensuring that the allocation of available capacity is consistent with the plant's production plan. Accountable for ensuring all quality data. He/she has the obligation to report any discrepancies, defects or problems to the Quality Manager. Provides the quality manager with both objective and consistent data for the performance appraisal of the employees under his/her control. IPQC Supervisor must have QMS, QA, QC, and Audit experience. Must have experience supervising employees and managing tasks. At least two to three years in a similar manufacturing site or in quality assurance, preferably in a high-volume production environment. Presentation and organizational skills, visual thinking, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ISO 9001. Be a proficient Word, Excel PC software user.
