About The Position
This position is a full-time role on the first shift, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $17 per hour. The essential duties include mixing and applying pesticides, fungicides, and other pest control agents according to product labels and facility SOPs. The role requires accurate documentation of all applications and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The employee will ensure proper calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of application equipment, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and support plant management in monitoring insect and disease conditions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining quality control measures, adhering to company policies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The employee will also conduct inspections, document cultivation logs, and utilize software for project management and inventorying.
