About The Position

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Full-Time Vehicle Inventory Porter & Dealership Photographer to support automotive dealerships by photographing, filming, and managing their vehicle inventory. Using a company-issued iPhone and proprietary app , you’ll help ensure vehicles are accurately represented online and ready to sell. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors , staying active , working independently , and taking pride in quality work . Your efforts directly impact how quickly vehicles move off the lot.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
• Comfort performing physical tasks (walking, moving vehicles)
• Willingness to learn mobile technology and processes
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Are comfortable driving automatic vehicles (Manual transmission experience is a plus)
• Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
• Locate, move, and stage vehicles for photography and video
• Capture professional photos, 360° spins, and videos
• Verify VINs and inventory details before uploading
• Communicate with dealership staff about vehicle readiness
• Maintain a consistent workflow to ensure inventory is updated promptly
• Ensure all vehicles are visually accurate and online-ready
