IP Trademark Associate (Junior – Mid Level) - MSP
About The Position

Requirements
- Applicants should have 2-3 years of focused experience in a national trademark practice, with meaningful and consistent experience in trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, registration, and maintenance.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent writing skills, interpersonal skills, and an exceptional academic record.
- Candidates must be in good standing with the Minnesota Bar or be admitted as soon as practicable.
Nice To Haves
- Also helpful, but not necessary would be to have exposure to trademark licensing and trademark enforcement matters.
