Requirements

• Patent prosecution experience
• Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Ph.D or graduate degree in a science or engineering field (strongly preferred)
• Experience in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio counseling
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication skills
• Time and energy commitment to providing the highest quality client service
