About The Position
The IP Portfolio Manager will provide timely, subject matter expert patent advice, guidance, and insights to the Associate Directors, Licensing, and Licensing Managers (Licensing Team) on patent management matters. This role involves managing patent portfolios in various areas, including optics, computing, artificial intelligence, hardware, communications, software, transportation, energy technologies, therapeutic, diagnostic, drug delivery, genetic engineering, medical device, biomanufacturing, biomaterials, and drug discovery technologies. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of patent law and the ability to navigate complex patent management issues effectively.
