('Bobcat') is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of intellectual property law, with a strong emphasis on litigation (patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes). In addition, experience in IP transactional matters (licensing, M&A due diligence, IP agreements), especially matters involving monetization of IP assets, is preferred. This role will be critical in protecting and leveraging Bobcat's valuable IP assets, mitigating risks, and supporting our innovative business initiatives.
