Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in litigations involving trade secrets, patents, and other IP at a mid-size to large law firm.
Candidates must be capable of managing a complex docket and be willing to learn new technology or subject matter quickly.
Experience in specialized areas (e.g. biology, chemistry, AI, or computer code) is preferred.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school and strong legal writing and analytical skills.
Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
