Requirements

• PhD in the biological sciences (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genetics), Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience drafting and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications.
• Experience in preparing patent opinions specifically in biotechnology or similar technology (preferred).
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Top academics.
• Law firm experience.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO.
