Brief Role DescriptionElectrify America’s 10–week Summer Internship Program targets undergraduate students entering their Junior or Senior years who are eager to acquire practical, real-world experience in the automotive industry. This program is designed for high-potential, highly mobile, and self-starter candidates with a strong interest in the automotive industry. Focused on the development of professional and technical competencies as well as on-the-job training, our Summer Internship Program is an excellent opportunity to explore career choices early on. Please note, we are not able to consider OPT/CPT candidates.Qualification requirementsRole Summary: The iOS Developer Intern’s work will depend on the status of the road map during that time. They will be working on one or two of these 1) Display User Plan-specific pricing, allowing users to clearly see if their plan is accepted at a station and how much they will be charged for kWh. 2) State Of Charge display per charger in the mobile app to help waiting users anticipate how long they need to wait for a charger to become available. 3) Display busy times at a site, location, or station, enabling users to plan their trips to charging stations accordingly. Mobile app development is an exciting technology that allows us to visually see the output of our work taking shape. Swift, an open-source programming language, is gaining popularity and rapidly growing, providing valuable hands-on experience in this role.
