About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate clinician to provide outpatient services to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This role includes facilitating IOP groups (in-person and telehealth) and delivering individual and group therapy while maintaining compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field (Required).
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with mental health, addiction, or co-occurring disorders (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, intakes, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
- Facilitate IOP groups
- Document all services in medical records systems.
- Coordinate care with courts, case managers, families, and referral sources.
- Participate in supervision, peer review, and staff meetings.
- Meet productivity expectations (1280 annual billable hours, prorated).
