The Purpose of Your Role As a Clinician, your role is vital in supporting the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team and ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of client care while striving for the highest quality standards. All clinicians strive to get our clients the most out of their treatment. You will assist with specific departmental tasks, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and effective time management. Collaboration with the team is essential for maintaining treatment fidelity, adhering to company policies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The clinician models leadership welcomes feedback, actively seeks to learn specialized treatments, and takes the initiative. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve an average minimum Symptom Reduction of 65% Successfully pass JCAHO and other state licensing surveys Achieve a Customer Satisfaction of 4.5 Achieve an average of 60 days of authorized treatment days Achieve 90% or higher client attendance Achieve 100% accuracy of documentation completed at the time of service Discharge 70-75% of clients at mastery level with the 12-16 weeks LOS Please note: When you achieve any of the above key indicators your supervisor will counsel with you to set a new goal.
