The Team: This role is critical in ensuring seamless client-facing technology operations and providing robust support for our trading and enterprise platforms. You will act as the primary support resource for the investor-facing platform, provide trade support during New York hours, and serve as the New York-based technology liaison for our Enterprise technology team.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders across various teams
  • Technical skill set required exposure to trading systems [EMSX, Flextrade or similar EMS systems]
  • Knowledge of FIX, Linux and SQL Server is essential
  • Experience with Jira, GIT, ServiceNow
  • Must be flexible with work hours and/or expected to respond to and troubleshoot issues

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the headline support person for investors using the investor facing version of Capstone's technology platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a world-class user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Provide real-time support for trade-related issues during New York hours.
  • Liaise with brokers, vendors, and internal trading desks to resolve order flow and execution issues.
  • Act as the New York-based point of contact for enterprise technology teams.
  • Coordinate with London-based developers to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Monitor and maintain core trading and risk platforms, ensuring system performance and reliability.
