The Investor Relations (IR) Specialist keeps the IR team running smoothly by owning logistics , schedules, travel, and day‑to‑day coordination with Executive Assistants and senior leaders. In this role, you’ll plan and execute key IR events, like Capital Markets Day and quarterly earnings activities, while serving as a front‑line contact for investors and analysts. With a mix of organization, communication, and problem‑solving, you’ll support both the Investor Relations Team and the Executive Office, helping ensure Southwest delivers timely , polished, and professional engagement with the investment community. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.
