About The Position

The Investor Relations Representative provides services and product information
to Investors and prospective Investors utilizing knowledge of products and
services. This position compiles and maintains records pertaining to Investment
activities, research services, and processes transactions utilizing knowledge of
systems and/or procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Serving our customers by working onsite at the Investment Center is an essential function of this job (working from home is not permitted under any circumstances)
• Comprehend and verbally communicate all Investment services
• Ability to work assigned Saturdays
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and social and business settings
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Team focus
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Basic understanding with MS Office Suite products with a concentration in accurate keyboarding
• Ability to operate standard office equipment

Responsibilities

• Greet and address the needs of Investors and prospective Investors
• Open, close and maintain investment securities
• Promote services and investment opportunities
• Assist in Investment Center initiatives and processing of IRS and Tax reports
• Provide back-up to switchboard and Drive-Thru as needed
• Conduct customer research for investment accounts
• Prepare mailings of investor newsletters and reports
• Counts, handles, and balances cash drawer accurately
• Processes mail, telephone, online, walk-in and drive-thru investments
• Performs dual control functions of opening night depository and balancing vault
• Complete Investment verifications
• Respond to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Builds internal and external relationships
• Ensure customer confidentiality and private information is maintained
