About The Position

The Quanta Internship Program offers the unique opportunity to work on the largest utility infrastructure projects across America; these projects are modernizing and developing the grid to be able to handle everything from 5G buildout to the boom in electric vehicles. This hands-on internship places you at the critical intersection of finance, strategy, and corporate communications and provides a comprehensive view of how a public company manages its relationship with the financial markets. Learn firsthand how we articulate our value proposition and strategic vision to the global institutional investment community and gain direct exposure to senior leadership at Quanta. The internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic learnings to the real world and provides significant interaction and mentorship with the Vice President and Director of Investor Relations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled (or recently graduated) pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, and email software
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and resources
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability
• Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude
• Determined and trustworthy

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly earnings preparation
• Develop investor materials
• Conduct peer research and analysis
• Perform capital markets analysis
• Interact with institutional investors from around the world
• Work with Corporate Finance and other relevant teams within Quanta
