About The Position
Power Solutions International (PSI) is a leading manufacturer of emissions-certified powertrains specializing in customized and fully integrated turnkey solutions for the leading global equipment manufacturers in the industrial, transportation, and energy markets manufacturers. Our facilities are housed in one million square feet of engineering, assembly, operations, and distribution space across seven facilities. We are positioned to meet the high production volumes of our customers with added capacity for growth. Summary: The Investor Relations Manager/Director will report directly to CFO, and is responsible for managing communication between the company, its investors, and the broader financial community. This role is critical in shaping the company’s market perception, ensuring transparent financial disclosures, and maintaining regulatory compliance. He/she will play a key role in executing the company’s investor relations strategy which could impact shareholder value creation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, or corporate communications and a total of 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting
- Knowledge of capital markets, SEC reporting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic investor relations plan to enhance shareholder value and market positioning.
- Keeps shareholders knowledgeable about the company and the business
- Participate and help prepare materials for Annual Shareholders Meeting and potential Investor Day
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media, fostering strong relationships.
- Prepare and oversee quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings (e.g. 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft earnings call scripts, press releases, and investor Q&A materials.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and shareholder sentiment to provide insights to executive leadership.
- Lead engagement with institutional investors, analysts, and retail shareholders to communicate financial performance and corporate strategy effectively.
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, Nasdaq listing requirements, and corporate governance best practices.
- Develop and maintain investor relations materials, including annual reports, investor decks, and website content.
- Organize investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings to expand investor outreach.
- Work closely with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosures.
- Lead on ad-hoc financial special projects directed by CFO to drive company value creation
