Who you are: As an Investments Financial Operations Associate II, you are our quality control. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports with the brokerage line of business to maintain and clear chain of communication throughout the department. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to help with the maintenance of accurate financial records. You welcome a challenge and want to improve financial performance with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial operations, financial customer service or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks

Responsibilities

  • Handle money movement and asset transfers efficiently and securely
  • Help with the maintenance of accurate financial transaction records
  • Data entry and analysis
  • Provide support to the financial operations team as needed
  • Manage projects and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for strategic decision making
  • Always take action using Integrity, caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
