The Investment Solutions Consultant is a client-facing sales and consulting role responsible for driving platform growth, supporting advisor relationships, and serving as the primary investment reference for affiliated and prospective independent RIA teams. This individual must possess deep fluency across the firm’s full investment offering — from managed solutions and alternatives to direct RIA business and annuities — and translate that knowledge into actionable guidance for advisors at every stage of their relationship with the firm. The role sits at the intersection of sales, investment consulting, and transition support, requiring a confident communicator who can articulate platform value, map complex books of business, and build trust with advisors navigating major business decisions. The right candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to affiliated RIAs — proactively identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, educating advisors on the full scope of the firm’s capabilities, and converting those interactions into measurable platform adoption and AUM capture. This role is “architecture neutral.” The advocate’s job is to match the right solution to the advisor and business, not push volume through a preferred channel. Location: New Orleans candidates preferred, but remote candidates will be considered as well.
