About The Position

CBRE is seeking a hard-working Investment Sales Sr. Analyst to support CBRE's multifamily portfolio initiatives within the multifamily capital markets division. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in financial analysis and modeling, presentation development, and effective communication. This position will play a critical role in managing internal collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, uniform content to our clients, and refining our financial modeling processes and output.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in multifamily real estate strategy, portfolio management, or investment analysis, with a focus on equity & debt capital markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and market trends specific to multifamily assets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports and effectively present information.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and underwriting in the multifamily capital markets sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in excel modeling and presentation development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance financial models and underwriting processes, working with the team to integrate leading-edge equity & debt strategies into the financial aspects of pitch materials.
  • Help manage internal stakeholders across CBRE's multifamily capital markets teams to gather quality content from local market partners within specified timelines.
  • Review and enhance internal partner content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality across all materials, maintaining CBRE's high standards.
  • Leverage internal and external data support underwriting assumptions and help identify opportunities and risks that could impact each portfolio execution.
  • Ensure all outputs meet high standards of quality and presentation, reflecting the professionalism and expertise of CBRE.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal processes, enhance presentations & financial modeling, and refine CBRE's approach to multifamily portfolio dispositions and financings.
  • Maintain the team's Client Relationship Management system to effectively and efficiently track client and investor needs as identified in calls, meetings, and other interactions.
