About The Position

As a CBRE Investment Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of analyses for the development of results focused on real estate strategies in support of CBRE's clients. You will draw conclusions from analyses and make recommendations to senior leaders for new business development and transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable on fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures associated with real estate finance, including commercial valuation, market review, and investment analysis.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Argus and Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and understand reports; use aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete analysis, improvement, and/or recommendation.
• Compile information for the creation of marketing campaigns for sale of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, and market and industry research.
• Compile analysis and internal and external collateral into offering memorandums for seller clients, proofreads content, ensure appropriate branding, and approve materials for final distribution.
• Collect materials for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
• Prepare offers, term sheets, analyses, presentations, and proposals for business development.
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the industry.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of strategic platform strategies; perform research and analysis to support those strategies.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
