About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, real estate or related field required.
• 0-2 years of related work experience is required.
• Real estate, investments, banking or sales support experience is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to write reports and effectively present information.
• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Ability to solve problems involving many options in situations.
• Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Knowledge of ARGUS preferred.
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial modeling and analysis of prospective transactions.
• Use AI and machine learning tools to enhance productivity and accelerate deal processing.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support deal origination and execution.
• Maintain and handle the CRM system and other databases.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare materials, and deliver presentations as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (e.g., sales, legal, operations) to streamline workflow and processes.
