About The Position

Canoe is transforming how institutional investors manage alternative investment data. We automate document collection, data extraction, and delivery for the world's leading allocators. As we scale, we're rebuilding our operational engine - and we're looking for a high-performing operator to help lead that transformation. Canoe is seeking an Investment Relations Coordinator to support our outreach to investment managers and assist with data-related projects. The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and tracking manager outreach campaigns, ensuring reporting connectivity for our clients, and maintaining accurate records of manager-related information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (finance, business, economics, or related field preferred).
  • 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience; financial services, investor relations, or fund operations experience a plus but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Canoe professionally to external partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SQL or CRM systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Send and monitor outreach emails to investment managers, following up as needed to secure reporting access.
  • Track outreach status and maintain accurate records of manager responses.
  • Maintain Canoe's manager relationship database, including allocation statuses and reporting coverage.
  • Organize manager-related information received via email and other communications.
  • Gather and analyze manager and fund related data from various sources to support data operations.
  • Assist with reporting materials and data organization on a monthly, quarterly, or ad hoc basis.
