About The Position

From day one, you’ll work with active buyer clients already using the ESO marketplace. Your role is to act as a trusted investment advisor—helping buyers identify top opportunities, structure competitive offers, and close deals that move them closer to their portfolio goals. You’ll gain direct exposure to: Institutional and retail investment strategies Rental portfolio and fix & flip economics National market underwriting High-volume transaction pipelines

Requirements

• Experience as a real estate agent or wholesaler
• Investment-minded and financially driven
• Confident advising buyers and negotiating deals
• Comfortable in a 100% commission environment
• Organized, responsive, and deal-focused
• Hungry to build long-term income through repeat buyer relationships

Responsibilities

• Work directly with active buyers on live marketplace opportunities
• Match buyers with on-market and off-market investment properties
• Analyze deals using ESO underwriting, comps, rent, and ROI models
• Advise buyers on pricing, strategy, and offer structure
• Negotiate terms with sellers and listing agents through ESO workflows
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously from offer through closing
• Deliver high-touch service to help buyers scale faster and smarter
• Track pipeline, activity, and transactions inside ESO systems
