Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in leading agile transformations and resolving associated challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex agile digital transformations in investment operations.
• Oversee the scaling of agile practices across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Utilize advanced Project Management tools including Atlassian Jira, Zephyr for Jira, Smartsheets, and the Microsoft Office Suite to track and report on project progress.
