About The Position

iCapital is seeking a dynamic and experienced investment product marketer to join our Product and Audience team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of the comprehensive iCapital investment product offerings. This individual will have a strong background in financial services, marketing and writing, with a focus on alternative investments, or similar investment products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 7-15 years of experience as an investment product marketer and content writer within the financial services industry, with a focus on alternative investment, private market funds, or similar products
• Broad understanding of how to effectively market to RIAs and Independent Broker Dealers
• Proven track record of creating high-quality B2B content
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• General knowledge and understanding of FINRA and SEC marketing and advertising guidelines

Nice To Haves

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations are strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and draft insightful, informative, and engaging B2B long-form and short-form content initially supporting iCapital’s Independent Advisor Solutions program including presentations, brochures, emails, social media, websites, events, thought leadership, and videos.
• Oversee the iDirect Fund Series investment marketing to ensure materials are developed and updated in a timely manner. Focus areas include product sales sheets, presentations, performance reports, website content support, webinar replays, email communications, and event support.
• Collaborate closely with the Independent Advisor Solutions team, including Portfolio Managers and Product Managers, to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional investment product development.
• Develop GTM strategies for new publicly registered funds and ongoing investment product support.
• Create collateral, white papers, presentation decks, guides, video and demo scripts, and marketing content for both internal and external distribution.
• Conduct research and interviews to gather relevant information and data for content creation.
• Iterate, edit, proofread, and update content based on client or internal feedback to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Safeguard quality, brand tone of voice, and style across all channels and materials.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to integrate alternative products and asset class themes into nurture campaigns.
• Assist in developing integrated investment product marketing strategies and partner with the broader Marketing organization to assist with the execution of each individual component of the process.

Benefits

• The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000.
