Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments including operations, agency, enterprise technology, back office, and enterprise business partners to align platform initiatives with business strategy.
  • Leads and/or coordinates interdepartmental initiatives with enterprise impact.
  • Serves as a subject matter resource on Financial Services policies, practices, and products within assigned area.
  • Interprets department and legislative/regulatory policies, procedures, and regulations, and develops integrated plans for implementation.
  • Researches, develops, provides, and communicates results and recommendations to senior leadership and other levels of management through summaries, reports, and presentations.
  • Serves as a liaison between Investment Planning Services and internal/external business partners to resolve complex issues.
  • Initiates and coordinates activities and/or projects to develop or improve automation workflows, processes, projects, and procedures.
  • Participates in interdepartmental initiatives, projects, and/or committees.
