About The Position

This is an opportunity to join a vital office to DWS’s infrastructure as a successful and global organization. With over 100 employees, our Jacksonville office mainly supports DWS’s investment operations, compliance, and technology. Alongside the team, the successful applicant will provide on-going support to their stakeholders in their respective function. In some instances that may include trade confirmations, trade settlements, and in others may include monitoring firm compliance with federal securities laws and verifying internal controls to ensure compliance, or it may include providing support on establishing/updating client investment guidelines and processing and researching daily alerts through a review of investment management agreements and data.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent Microsoft suite skills (particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive materials and information with discretion.
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.

Responsibilities
