Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Level Degree

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Commercial real estate or multifamily experience; familiarity with affordable housing is highly preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills in Microsoft Excel and with moderately large databases and data sets
  • Excellent attention to detail, including when working with large volumes of financial data
  • Demonstrated ability to gather accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions, and reliably complete projects on time and as specified
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new software programs and/or functionality

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) applications and tools.
  • Draft automated business processes and mechanisms to generate meaningful reports to help us deliver on Fannie Mae's vision and purpose.
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other tools to drive business decision-making capabilities.
  • Contribute to identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, including developing and implementing requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Partner with internal Accounting and Finance teams, serving as the primary point of contact between them and your business line.
