About The Position
The Investment Operations Associate provides foundational support to the investment operations team, assisting with trade processing, reconciliations, and portfolio maintenance. This focuses on executing routine tasks accurately, maintaining organized records, and learning the firm’s trading platforms and custodial processes. Associates work closely with the Director of Investment Operations to support advisors and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Series 65 required upon hire.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships or exposure to finance a plus
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow established procedures.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfort with technology systems and data entry.
