About The Position

Envestnet is seeking an Investment Marketing Associate to join our Marketing department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Berwyn, PA office location. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with majors in business, marketing or communications a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services marketing, wealth/investment management preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-disciplinary individuals/teams/groups.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing and communications techniques and best practices across traditional and digital channels.
• Experience producing copy for digital, print and social media marketing collateral.
• Highly proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with InDesign and HTML coding a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other data analytics/business intelligence tools a plus.
• Experience with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day marketing of our solutions including campaigns, brochures, factsheets, pitchbooks, quarterly commentaries, webinars, web presence, etc.
• Support the growth of our brand as a thought-leader within the wealth management industry by working with research analysts, portfolio managers, consultants and members of the investment committee on quarterly economic and product commentaries, webinars, and media/column contributions.
• Coordinate across PMC and the broader Envestnet organization to ensure all PMC marketing collateral is updated and made available for use in a timely manner in accordance with their update cycles (annual, quarterly or monthly).
• Support the development and execution of fully integrated marketing plans in coordination with our Envestnet PMC (research, consulting, and portfolio management teams), QRG (direct indexing) and Envestnet Workplace teams and the broader Envestnet organization.
• Track the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives as well as design tests to gain insights about our marketing activities.
• Manage relationships and seek feedback from with PMC research analysts, consultants, portfolio managers, graphic designers and sales team.
• Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
• Understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
