About the Role In this position, you will: Work on hedge fund launches ranging from institutional to emerging managers. Draft and negotiate fund offering and operating documents, including private placement memoranda, limited partnership agreements, investment management agreements, subscription documents, side letters, and separately managed account agreements. Requirements

  • At least two years of experience working with hedge funds.
  • A solid understanding of the U.S. regulatory regime governing hedge funds.
  • Strong drafting skills; negotiation experience is preferred for more senior associates.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with seed deals, hybrid funds, closed-end funds, or investor-side representation (not required).
