About The Position
The main purpose of this job is to provide compliance advice with respect to implementation of, and compliance with, rules and regulations applicable to Commerce Trust and assist leadership with performance of key functions of the Trust compliance management system. The job will involve, among other things, providing compliance advice to Commerce Trust management and employees, policy and procedure review, compliance support for Commerce Trust projects, examination management, marketing reviews, complaint processes, compliance reporting, risk committee participation, and training content development.
