About The Position

Open to Remote. If local to Franklin, WI, 3 days onsite (M, T, W) will be required. About Advisory Services Advisory Services is a specialized team within the Investment Client Services Operations department. This team partners closely with financial representatives and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic guidance and tailored solutions for complex investment-related inquiries. The focus is on providing consultative support, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the client experience through proactive problem-solving and relationship management. Role Overview As an Investment Client Services Analyst in Advisory Services, you will act as a trusted resource for financial representatives and clients, offering expertise on investment products, operational processes, and regulatory considerations. This role goes beyond transactional service—it requires critical thinking, collaboration, and the ability to guide stakeholders through nuanced scenarios that impact client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in investment operations, client services, or advisory support.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products (e.g., VA, VL, VUL, retirement plans) and related tax considerations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex scenarios.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and systems; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
