PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Summer Analyst internship is a 10-week immersive program beginning in early June 2027 Direct collaboration with Full Time Analysts and Associates to perform complex financial analysis specializing in mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and fairness opinions Engagement in small deal teams alongside two or more senior members to analyze and execute mergers and acquisitions and principal investment transactions Hands-on opportunities to work closely with clients and perform financial modeling and valuation analyses Successful candidates will be dedicated to one of the following groups: Business Services, Healthcare Services or Industrials Solomon Partners' recruiting philosophy is to pursue individuals with diverse backgrounds who are creative, highly motivated and possess strong analytical and quantitative skills

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 - June 2028
  • Demonstrated academic excellence; GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Will not require future sponsorship
