The Building & Infrastructure Group (BIG) team specializes in advisory and execution capabilities for the building products industry, including construction materials and related services, across diverse end markets in the U.S. and Europe. Their senior bankers are experts in M&A and capital markets strategies for firms ranging from roofing and windows to aggregates, downstream products, and residential/non-residential installers. Their experience also extends to technology providers in lighting, heating, HVAC, smart home, security & access, and automation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of investment banking experience or an MBA+ 2 years of investment banking experience
  • At least some experience advising clients in the broader industrials space
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills
  • High energy with strong interpersonal, accounting and finance skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Creation and execution of business development and marketing plans in coordination with Senior Bankers.
  • Oversee the execution of live engagements, from the initial preparation phase through the closing of transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work for Associates and Analysts.
  • Recruit, educate, and train Investment Banking Associates and Analysts.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
