About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a High Grade Debt Capital Markets Associate as part of Corporate & Investment Banking Group. Associates contribute to the High Grade Debt Capital Markets team with the origination, structuring, underwriting and syndicating of various debt securities for large corporate clients with predominantly investment grade ratings. The High Grade DCM product suite includes revolving credit facilities, term loans and bridge facilities, senior and subordinated notes in the institutional and retail markets across various currencies, USD hybrids, commercial paper, debt private placements and brokered CDs. Associates on the team contribute to the team's pitchbooks, pricing requests, transaction management and execution for various deals, and support client requests with critical thinking and thoughtful capital structure analysis.
