About The Position
Join us at Barclays as an Investment Banking M&A VP, where you will have the chance to focus on structuring complex transactions, specializing in tax, accounting and legal issues. You will bring your expertise in spin-offs, split-offs, UPC-Cs, IPOs, RMTs and Joint Ventures. You will play a key role in projects such as company valuation, strategic advisory and execution of debt and equity offerings. You will create financial analysis/ modeling, industry research, and coordinate with internal teams related to a financing or sale. Ensuring a fast and unparalleled customer service to our clients.
